H.E. Mr. Fahad Rashid Al Marekhi - Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Tanzania, met with Mr. Andrew Lents – Charge d’Affairs at the Embassy of United States of America.

Mr. Abdullah Saeed Al-Nuaimi, Second Secretary at the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Dar es Salaam, participated in a celebration hosted by Her Excellency Dr. Tulia Ackson, Speaker of the Parliament of the United Republic of Tanzania, at the National Assembly headquarters in Dodoma. The event was held to award a special medal to Her Excellency Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan, President of the United Republic of Tanzania, in recognition of her outstanding leadership in fulfilling government responsibilities and advancing political reforms. The honor also acknowledged her efforts in promoting good governance, the rule of law, national unity, and peace among the people of Tanzania.

HE Minister of Transport of the United Republic of Tanzania Hon. Prof. Makame Mnyaa Mbarawa met with HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Tanzania Fahad Rashid Al Marekhi.

H.E. Mr. Fahad Rashid Al-Marekhi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the United Republic of Tanzania, met with H.E. Mrs. Leontine Nzeyimana, Ambassador of the Republic of Burundi.

HE Minister of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation of the United Republic of Tanzania Mahmoud Thabit Kombo, met with HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Tanzania Fahad Rashid Al Marekhi.

Mr. Barzan Ahmad Al Jarba – Charge D’ Affairs a.i. at the Embassy of the State of Qatar to Tanzania, met with H.E. Amb. Abdullah Kilima – Director of the Middle East Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation of the United Republic of Tanzania.

Mr. Barzan Ahmad Al-Jarba, Acting Chargé d' Affaires a.i. of the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Dar es Salaam, took part in a ceremony organized by Qatar Charity to commemorate the donation of a freight vehicle to underprivileged families. The event was also attended by Mr. Amjad Al-Tahan, Director of Qatar Charity.

His Excellency Mr. Fahad bin Rashid Al-Marekhi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the United Republic of Tanzania, had the honor of hosting an Iftar banquet to celebrate the holy month of Ramadan.
