The Ministry of Transport of the United Republic of Tanzania organized the Inauguration ceremony of a new presidential suite at Julius Nyerere International Airport (JNIA) in Dar es Salaam, in the presence of the guest of honor, His Excellency Dr. Emmanuel John Nchimbi, Vice President of the United Republic of Tanzania, and the Embassy was represented by Mr. Ahmed Abdulla Al-Dossari, Third Secretary at the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Dar es Salaam.

His Excellency Mr. Fahad Rashid Al-Marekhi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the United Republic of Tanzania, participated in the annual Sherry Party in Dodoma, hosted by Her Excellency Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan, President of the United Republic of Tanzania.
