The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar has presented two Toyota Prado vehicles to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation of the United Republic of Tanzania, as part of the ongoing cooperation and strengthening of bilateral relations between the two friendly countries.
The handover ceremony was attended by His Excellency Mr. Mahmoud Thabit Kombo, Minister of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation of the United Republic of Tanzania, who conveyed his gratitude to His Excellency Mr. Fahad Rashid Al-Muraikhi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the United Republic of Tanzania, for this generous gesture.
For my part, I expressed my pleasure in participating in this ceremony and in the handover of the two vehicles, wishing the Government and people of Tanzania continued progress and prosperity, and expressing confidence that the bilateral relations between our two countries will continue to grow and advance.
Also present at the ceremony were His Excellency Mr. Stephen Mbundi, Permanent Secretary for East African Cooperation; His Excellency Mr. Abdallah Kilima, Director of the Middle East Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation; Mr. Ahmed Abdullah Al-Dosari, Third Secretary at the Embassy of the State of Qatar; in addition to representatives from various Tanzanian media outlets.
