His Excellency Mr. Fahad Rashid Al-Marekhi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the United Republic of Tanzania, participated in the swearing-in ceremony of Her Excellency Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan as President of the United Republic of Tanzania for a second term.
