His Excellency Dr. Hussein Ali Hassan Mwinyi, President of the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar, met with His Excellency Fahad Rashid Al-Muraikhi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the United Republic of Tanzania.

During the meeting, an invitation letter was delivered from Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, inviting participation in the International Conference to commemorate the 30th Anniversary of the International Year of the Family, scheduled to be held in Doha from (October 29–31, 2024). The meeting also reviewed the bilateral cooperation relations between the State of Qatar and the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar and ways to enhance them in various fields.
